1. Platform Nature

  • We operate as a marketplace and solution platform, connecting buyers and sellers of renewable bio-products.
  • We do not manufacture all products listed (except proprietary brands like Poshiv).

2. User Eligibility

  • Users must be 18+ and legally capable of entering contracts
  • Businesses must provide accurate details

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Not misuse the platform
  • Not engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

4. Product Listings

  • Sellers are responsible for product accuracy, pricing, and compliance
  • We reserve the right to approve/reject listings

5. Orders & Transactions

  • Orders may be placed via direct purchase or RFQ
  • Pricing may vary depending on bulk orders, logistics, and negotiations

6. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, text, design, platform UI) is owned by Urja Mitra and cannot be reused without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Product quality issues (seller responsibility)
  • Delivery delays caused by logistics partners
  • Losses due to misuse of platform

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
