1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled:
    • Before dispatch: Full refund
    • After dispatch: Subject to approval

2. Return Policy

Returns are applicable only if:

  • Product is damaged during transit
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Quality issues (validated)

⚠️ Due to the nature of bulk and industrial products, returns may not always be feasible.

3. Return Process

  • Raise request within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Photos/videos
    • Order details

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds processed after verification
  • Timeline: 7–10 business days
  • Mode: Original payment method

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Bulk biomass materials
  • Custom orders
  • Opened/used products
  • Perishable/agriculture-based inputs

6. Seller Responsibility

  • Sellers are responsible for:
    • Product quality
    • Packaging
    • Compliance

7. Platform Role

As a marketplace:

Final decision may depend on investigation
